Job Summary Bevatel Telecom is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales across the Saudi market, developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handover. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key decision-makers. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings. Understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor the Saudi market, competitor activities, industry trends, and new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and successful account handover. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales. Previous experience in SaaS, Software, IT Solutions, Telecommunications, or Technology is highly preferred. A strong network and established relationships with key decision-makers in the Saudi market are a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong lead generation, prospecting, and business development skills. Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a target-driven environment. Willingness to conduct client meetings and business visits across Riyadh and other locations in Saudi Arabia when required.
