DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO

  • Conduzir processos de compras de materiais diretos e indiretos, serviços e contratações, desde a requisição até a formalização do pedido de compra
  • Realizar pesquisa e prospecção de fornecedores, identificando alternativas de fornecimento e oportunidades de melhoria
  • Solicitar, analisar e comparar cotações, elaborando mapas de cotação e análises comerciais
  • Conduzir negociações de média complexidade, buscando melhores condições de preço, prazo, pagamento, frete e demais condições comerciais
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com fornecedores, acompanhando performance, qualidade, prazos e condições comerciais
  • Realizar benchmarking e pesquisas de mercado, acompanhando preços, condições de fornecimento e tendências
  • Acompanhar variações de preços dos principais fatores relacionados às categorias sob sua responsabilidade
  • Identificar e implementar oportunidades de redução de custos, garantindo o registro e a mensuração dos savings
  • Acompanhar pedidos de compra, realizando follow-up com fornecedores e atuando preventivamente sobre atrasos e riscos de abastecimento
  • Analisar requisições de compra e alinhar com as áreas solicitantes especificações, quantidades, prazos e demais necessidades
  • Gerar e validar pedidos de compra no Protheus (TOTVS), garantindo a correção dos dados e o cumprimento das políticas e alçadas internas
  • Acompanhar prazos de entrega e atuar na resolução de divergências junto aos fornecedores e áreas internas
  • Apoiar processos de homologação, desenvolvimento e avaliação de fornecedores
  • Participar da negociação e acompanhamento de contratos de fornecimento e prestação de serviços
  • Atuar na resolução de divergências comerciais, operacionais e documentais relacionadas aos processos de compras
  • Manter interface com Almoxarifado, Logística, Fiscal, Financeiro, Engenharia, Produção, Manutenção, Qualidade e demais áreas envolvidas
  • Elaborar e manter atualizados relatórios, controles e indicadores de compras, acompanhando os principais KPIs da área
  • Apoiar o planejamento de compras e a elaboração de orçamentos e forecasts das categorias sob sua responsabilidade
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, redução de custos, padronização e otimização dos processos de suprimentos
  • Prestar suporte às áreas solicitantes, orientando quanto aos processos, prazos e procedimentos de compras
  • Garantir o cumprimento das políticas, procedimentos e alçadas internas estabelecidas para os processos de compras

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Economia ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência em Compras, Suprimentos ou áreas correlatas, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial
  • Experiência com compras de materiais diretos, indiretos e serviços
  • Experiência com cotações, análise comercial e negociação com fornecedores
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento e gestão de fornecedores
  • Conhecimento em indicadores e processos de compras
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e argumentação
  • Capacidade analítica e senso crítico
  • Organização, planejamento e capacidade de priorização
  • Proatividade e autonomia
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas
  • Resiliência e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas
  • Visão de processos e melhoria contínua
