Als IT Solutions Manager (m/w/d) treibst du die digitale Transformation unseres Unternehmens aktiv voran. Dabei liegt dein Fokus auf der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft, der Integration neuer Technologien, der Automatisierung von Prozessen sowie der Einführung innovativer AI-Lösungen. Mit deinem technischen Verständnis, deinem Projektmanagement-Know-how und einer hands-on Mentalität sorgst du dafür, dass unsere IT nicht nur den heutigen Anforderungen gerecht wird, sondern die Grundlage für weiteres Wachstum schafft.

Egal ob Data Warehouse, AI, Systemintegrationen oder Prozessautomatisierung - du übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest hands-on mit und treibst unsere Digitalisierung aktiv voran.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der Integration neuer Systeme in die bestehende IT-Landschaft sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team zur Entwicklung nachhaltiger und zukunftssicherer Lösungen
  • Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen, Hinterfragen technischer Lösungsansätze und Übersetzung dieser in praktikable Lösungen für die bestehende Systemlandschaft
  • Steuerung strategischer IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung - beispielsweise der Aufbau eines modernen Data Warehouses, die Einführung eines unternehmensweiten Wiki- und Intranet-Systems oder die Migration des Data Centers
  • Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung interner Prozesse, Automatisierung von Workflows mit Tools wie n8n sowie Anbindung von Drittsystemen über APIs
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Integration von AI-Lösungen sowie Identifikation neuer Anwendungsfälle mit den Fachbereichen, um nachhaltigen Mehrwert zu schaffen
  • Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder sowie Steuerung von Prioritäten, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten für eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der IT-Landschaft durch das Einbringen eigener Ideen sowie eine hands-on Mentalität bei technischen Fragestellungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer technischen Rolle, z. B. als IT Solutions Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, IT-Projektmanager oder Solution Engineer
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen gemeinsam mit Entwicklern und Architekten zu analysieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-, Digitalisierungs-, Integrations- oder Automatisierungsprojekten
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, SQL, Azure sowie Workflow- und Automatisierungstools wie n8n, Zapier oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
  • Hands-on Mentalität, eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, neue Technologien wie AI aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
