Bei BeWunder verbindest du Einkauf mit spannenden, internationalen Projekten – von Museen über EXPO-Pavillons bis hin zu immersiven Markenwelten.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du beschaffst und steuerst Nachunternehmerleistungen für unsere nationalen und internationalen Projekte.
  • Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk an Nachunternehmern auf und entwickelst es kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du führst Ausschreibungen durch, vergleichst Angebote und verhandelst Vergaben eigenständig.
  • Du bewertest Angebote kaufmännisch und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Du verhandelst Verträge und gestaltest diese gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen.
  • Du steuerst und überwachst Nachunternehmer während der Projektabwicklung.
  • Du behältst Kosten im Blick und identifizierst Einsparpotenziale.

Your profile

  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf von Bauleistungen oder in der Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für verschiedene Gewerke (kein Spezialist in allem, aber du weißt, worauf es ankommt).
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Nachunternehmern im Projektkontext.
  • Du trittst sicher in Verhandlungen auf und setzt dich durch, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du gehst sicher mit Ausschreibungen und Vertragsunterlagen um.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend auf min. C1 Niveau.
  • Idealerweise kennst du dich mit Bauverträgen (z. B. VOB) aus.
