Als Beyond Imaging setzen wir mit unserem Modell „Imaging as a Service“ neue Maßstäbe in der bildgebenden Diagnostik. Wir stellen KI-gestützte Technologie, verlässliche Prozesse, eine hochmoderne Infrastruktur und qualifiziertes Personal bereit, um unsere medizinischen Partner im Alltag spürbar zu entlasten. Mit mehr als zehn Jahren Markterfahrung, 16 Standorten deutschlandweit und rund 200 Mitarbeitenden sind wir ein etablierter Partner für hochwertige, zukunftsorientierte MRT- und CT-Bildgebung.

Unweit von KaDeWe und Europa-Center, in der Marburger Straße, befindet sich eines unserer beiden Diagnostikzentren in Berlin. Zur Verstärkung des Teams (4 Personen) suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

Lead MT-R / Leitende MT-R (all genders)

in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patienten in unserem radiologischen Diagnostikzentrum
  • Kommunikation mit dem Arzt zur bevorstehenden Untersuchung
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im RIS/PACS-System
  • Untersuchungsdokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
  • Patientenlagerung entsprechend der Untersuchung
  • Ggf. Unterstützung von remote MT-R via Chat und Telefon
  • Überwachung der Patienten und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Untersuchungsablaufs
  • Kontrastmittelgabe & Legen von Zugängen
  • Durchführung radiologischer Untersuchungen von Kopf bis Fuß am MRT inkl. Spezialuntersuchungen (Kardio-MRT)
  • Fachliche Anleitung des Teams (4 Personen) und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Center Management
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsmanagement-Standards (bspw. Notfalltasche etc.) sowie internen Prozessvorgaben
  • Dienstplangestaltung für das Examination Team
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung am Standort Berlin-Mitte (nahe Friedrichstraße)

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast die Ausbildung zum Medizinischen Technologen für Radiologie / MT-R bzw. MTRA (all genders) erfolgreich abgeschlossen - alternativ liegt Dir die Anerkennung als MT-R auf Basis eines anderweitigen Abschlusses vor
  • Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit dem MR-T (min. 5 Jahre)
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen als Teamleitung sowie in der Gesprächsführung mit Mitarbeitenden sammeln können
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Kardio-MRT-Untersuchungen runden Dein Profil ab
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind unabdingbar
  • Empathie und absolute Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit Patienten und Kunden sowie ein teamorientierter Arbeitsstil zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du verfügst über ein überdurchschnittliches Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • IT-Affinität sowie Handlungssicherheit in der Arbeit am PC
