Planejar, produzir e executar a comunicação institucional direcionada aos associados do clube, garantindo clareza das informações, alinhamento com as diretrizes institucionais, padronização da linguagem e uma experiência de comunicação consistente, transparente e alinhada ao posicionamento da marca.

Requisitos:

• Graduação em Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.

• Experiência prévia em comunicação institucional, atendimento ao cliente, relacionamento ou áreas correlatas.

• Organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas.

• Disponibilidade para atuar em horários flexíveis, conforme demandas da operação do clube.

Diferenciais:

· Experiência em comunicação com associados, clientes ou públicos premium.

· Vivência em clubes, hotelaria, hospitalidade, serviços ou experiências.

· Conhecimento em canais digitais (e-mail marketing, WhatsApp corporativo, aplicativos e site).

Inglês intermediário ou avançado.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

•Produzir, revisar e disparar comunicações direcionadas aos associados (comunicados, cartas, informativos, avisos operacionais e campanhas).

• Produzir artes e vídeos da comunicação (não é só texto)

• Adaptar mensagens para diferentes canais (e-mail, WhatsApp, aplicativo, site, comunicados físicos e digitais).

• Garantir clareza, objetividade e padronização da linguagem institucional nas comunicações com associados.

• Atuar em interface direta com Atendimento, Operações, Esportes e Marketing para consolidação das informações a serem comunicadas.

• Apoiar a gestão de crises e produzir comunicações sensíveis com associados, sob orientação da liderança.

• Atualizar e organizar conteúdos institucionais nos canais oficiais do clube.

• Manter atualizado o calendário de comunicações e campanhas institucionais.

• Zelar pela confidencialidade das informações e uso correto dos canais oficiais.
