Executar e apoiar as atividades de comunicação externa da organização, garantindo a produção e divulgação de conteúdos institucionais voltados ao público externo. Contribuir para o fortalecimento da imagem institucional, relacionamento com stakeholders e posicionamento da empresa nos canais de comunicação e mídias externas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições· Produzir e revisar conteúdos institucionais voltados ao público externo, como notas, comunicados, releases e materiais institucionais.

· Apoiar no relacionamento com imprensa, auxiliando na elaboração de materiais e acompanhamento de demandas jornalísticas.

· Produzir conteúdos para redes sociais institucionais, site corporativo e demais canais externos da empresa.

· Apoiar no planejamento e execução de campanhas institucionais e ações de comunicação externa.

· Monitorar a presença e imagem institucional da empresa em mídias digitais e canais públicos.

· Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de desempenho relacionados às ações de comunicação externa.

· Apoiar na produção de materiais institucionais, campanhas publicitárias e conteúdos informativos.

· Contribuir na organização e divulgação de eventos institucionais, campanhas e ações externas.

· Garantir que todos os conteúdos divulgados estejam alinhados à identidade visual e diretrizes institucionais da empresa.

· Apoiar no relacionamento com fornecedores de comunicação, como agências, produtoras, gráficas e assessoria de imprensa.

· Acompanhar tendências de comunicação e mídias digitais, propondo melhorias nas estratégias institucionais.

Garantir conformidade com políticas internas, normas de compliance, diretrizes do SGI e LGPD aplicadas à comunicação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário: Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas ou áreas correlatas.

Mínimo de 02 anos de experiência em comunicação externa, assessoria de imprensa, marketing ou produção de conteúdo institucional. Conhecimentos Específicos:· Comunicação institucional externa.

· Produção de conteúdo para mídias digitais.

· Redação de releases e comunicados institucionais.

· Gestão de redes sociais corporativas.

· Noções de assessoria de imprensa e relacionamento com mídia.

· Planejamento de campanhas institucionais.

· Pacote Office (PowerPoint, Word e Excel).

· Ferramentas básicas de criação e edição de conteúdo.

· LGPD aplicada à comunicação.

· Normas e políticas internas aplicáveis.
