Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Empresarial Júnior que apoiará advogados mais experientes e sócios na análise de riscos, na preparação de materiais, no acompanhamento de demandas e na construção de soluções jurídicas práticas, seguras e alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes empresariais.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar demandas consultivas e contenciosas relacionadas ao Direito Empresarial.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração, revisão e análise de contratos empresariais, notificações, memorandos, relatórios, documentos societários e demais instrumentos jurídicos.
  • Elaborar minutas de peças processuais, manifestações, recursos simples e demais documentos relacionados a processos judiciais, administrativos e/ou arbitrais.
  • Acompanhar processos judiciais, administrativos e/ou arbitrais relacionados a matérias cíveis, comerciais, societárias, consumeristas, regulatórias ou empresariais.
  • Realizar pesquisas jurídicas, doutrinárias, jurisprudenciais e legislativas para subsidiar análises, pareceres, peças, contratos e estratégias jurídicas.
  • Contribuir para a análise de riscos jurídicos em operações comerciais, societárias e contratuais, sob orientação de advogados mais experientes e sócios.
  • Preparar relatórios de acompanhamento de processos, demandas consultivas, prazos e providências.
  • Organizar documentos, informações e materiais necessários para reuniões internas e externas.
  • Alimentar sistemas internos, planilhas e controles de processos ou demandas jurídicas.
  • Apoiar advogados plenos e sócios na organização de prioridades, no acompanhamento das demandas e na qualidade técnica das entregas.
  • Graduação em Direito com inscrição ativa na OAB.
  • Experiência inicial em Direito Empresarial, preferencialmente em escritório de advocacia.
  • Vivência em contratos empresariais, contencioso cível e/ou empresarial e/ou direito societário.
  • Capacidade de pesquisa, organização e cumprimento de prazos.
  • Atenção a detalhes, senso de responsabilidade e disposição para aprendizado contínuo.
  • Habilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas simultâneas, sob orientação de profissionais mais experientes.
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em andamento em Direito Empresarial, Contratos, Processo Civil, Societário, Compliance, LGPD, Tributário ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento inicial em compliance, proteção de dados, propriedade intelectual, consumidor, regulatório, arbitragem, M&A e temas tributários relacionados à rotina empresarial será considerado um diferencial.
