A CKK Contábil é uma empresa brasileira de terceirização de serviços contábeis, fiscais, tributários e trabalhistas, com mais de 60 anos de atuação no mercado.

A empresa atende empresas de diferentes portes, oferecendo suporte técnico e consultivo para a gestão contábil e o cumprimento das obrigações legais, e está contratando um(a) Analista Fiscal para fazer parte de seu time.

Responsabilidades

  • Importar, conferir e escriturar notas fiscais de entrada e saída (NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e e CT-e), validando CFOP, CST, NCM e alíquotas aplicadas.
  • Apurar tributos diretos e indiretos: ICMS (incluindo substituição tributária e DIFAL), IPI, ISS, PIS e COFINS, nos regimes cumulativo e não cumulativo.
  • Calcular e controlar retenções federais e municipais sobre serviços tomados e prestados (IRRF, CSRF e INSS).
  • Apurar o Simples Nacional via PGDAS-D e conferir a segregação correta das receitas por anexo.
  • Emitir guias de recolhimento (DARF, DAS, GARE, guias municipais) e acompanhar os vencimentos.
  • Preparar e transmitir as obrigações acessórias dos clientes, como EFD ICMS/IPI (SPED Fiscal), EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, DeSTDA, DEFIS e declarações municipais de serviços.
  • Conciliar as informações fiscais com a contabilidade, assegurando a consistência entre apurações, livros e declarações.
  • Atender clientes em dúvidas sobre emissão de notas, tributação de operações e cadastros fiscais.
  • Orientar os clientes sobre parametrização tributária de produtos e serviços nos seus sistemas de emissão.
  • Acompanhar o envio de documentos pelos clientes e cobrar pendências que impactem o fechamento mensal.
  • Monitorar a situação fiscal dos clientes no e-CAC, SEFAZ e prefeituras, emitindo certidões negativas e identificando pendências.
  • Tratar intimações, notificações e malhas fiscais, preparando as respostas e retificações necessárias.
  • Apoiar pedidos de parcelamento, compensações e restituições de tributos.
  • Formação concluída em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas
  • Vivência profissional de no mínimo três anos.
  • Familiaridade com tributação do ICMS: apuração, substituição tributária, diferencial de alíquota (DIFAL) e obrigações acessórias.
  • Noções sobre a Reforma Tributária.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel.
