A CKK Contábil é uma empresa brasileira de terceirização de serviços contábeis, fiscais, tributários e trabalhistas, com mais de 60 anos de atuação no mercado.

A empresa atende empresas de diferentes portes, oferecendo suporte técnico e consultivo para a gestão contábil e o cumprimento das obrigações legais, e está contratando um(a) Assistente Contábil para fazer parte de seu time.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar a classificação de documentos contábeis, garantindo a correta alocação das informações conforme plano de contas.
  • Efetuar lançamentos contábeis no sistema, apoiando a escrituração e a organização das informações financeiras e patrimoniais dos clientes.
  • Realizar conciliações contábeis em geral, incluindo contas patrimoniais, contas de resultado e demais movimentações relacionadas à rotina contábil.
  • Apoiar na conferência e organização de documentos contábeis, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e a qualidade das informações processadas.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios, demonstrativos e controles internos relacionados à rotina contábil.
  • Prestar suporte à equipe contábil no atendimento às demandas dos clientes e na preparação de informações para fechamentos mensais.
  • Utilizar sistemas contábeis para registro, consulta e acompanhamento das informações, com diferencial para conhecimento no sistema Domínio.
  • Formação em andamento ou concluída em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento de lançamentos contábeis e classificação de documentos.
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em conciliação contábil em geral.
  • Conhecimento em Excel.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas contábeis.
  • Conhecimento no sistema Domínio será considerado diferencial.
