Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) Fiscal para atuar na gestão das rotinas fiscais, coordenação da equipe e acompanhamento das obrigações tributárias da empresa.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar a equipe fiscal, acompanhar prazos e entregas e prestar suporte às áreas internas, clientes e parceiros em questões tributárias;
  • Coordenar a apuração e o recolhimento dos impostos indiretos, assim como a preparação e envio das obrigações acessórias;
  • Revisar classificações fiscais e tributárias, como CFOP, natureza da operação, origem do produto, CST, NCM, MVA, CEST, CENQ, CBENEF, benefícios fiscais e tabela de serviços;
  • Acompanhar o registro de notas fiscais de entrada e CT-es, além da emissão de RPS e notas fiscais de serviços;
  • Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias e fiscalizações, fornecendo documentos e memórias de cálculo e apresentando os critérios fiscais adotados pela empresa;
  • Monitorar as alterações legais e regulamentações da Reforma Tributária, avaliando seus impactos nos processos fiscais;
  • Acompanhar os processos fiscais relacionados às operações de importação e exportação, incluíndo benefícios fiscais e ICMS.
  • Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Direito ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência com coordenação de equipes e processos fiscais;
  • Vivência na apuração de impostos indiretos e entrega de obrigações acessórias;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Pós-graduações concluídas na área tributária e vivência com o sistema Synchro serão considerados diferenciais.
