Multinacional busca Coordenador(a) Jurídico para identificar e analisar questões jurídicas de forma estruturada. A posição exige atuação na vertente consultiva de contratos, com responsabilidade por revisar, elaborar e negociar instrumentos contratuais.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATIVIDADES:

  • Revisão, elaboração e negociação de contratos, com foco em atuação consultiva para apoiar assuntos comerciais e de investimentos de CAPEX.
  • Apoiar equipes de negócios desde o início, desenvolvendo compreensão de suas atividades, objetivos, estratégias e necessidades.
  • Promover mentalidade de Compliance e integridade, garantindo a adesão a leis e regulamentos.
  • Apoiar a gestão de litígios e situações de crise.
  • Gerenciar e coordenar a contratação de assessores jurídicos e de compliance externos.
  • Monitorar desdobramentos jurídicos e fornecer orientações aos stakeholders.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria de processos e fluxos de trabalho.
  • Garantir a conformidade com as políticas, padrões e requisitos de confidencialidade.
  • Graduação em Direito.
  • Experiência de 5 a 9 anos em escritórios de advocacia ou departamento jurídico de empresas com múltiplos stakeholders.
  • Proficiência da língua inglesa para negócios.
  • Proficiência nas ferramentas do Microsoft Office.
  • Habilidades de organização e comunicação.
