A empresa busca um(a) Executivo(a) de Vendas para integrar sua equipe e contribuir com suas operações no Brasil.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes e identificação de oportunidades de negócio.
  • Desenvolver oportunidades comerciais e novos projetos, acompanhando todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção até a negociação e fechamento.
  • Elaborar apresentações comerciais, propostas, cotações e realizar follow-up junto aos clientes.
  • Realizar visitas comerciais e reuniões presenciais ou virtuais com clientes e potenciais clientes.
  • Desenvolver e manter a carteira de clientes atuais, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando novas oportunidades de crescimento.
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais, incluindo novos projetos, reajustes e aumentos de preços conforme as diretrizes da empresa.
  • Coordenar internamente as informações necessárias para RFQs e novos projetos, atuando em conjunto com as áreas de Compras, Logística, Qualidade e demais áreas envolvidas.
  • Atualizar e controlar as informações no CRM, acompanhando pipeline, oportunidades, atividades comerciais e metas estabelecidas.
  • Preparar reportes e apresentações comerciais relacionados ao andamento dos projetos e oportunidades.
  • Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês avançado, com capacidade para conduzir reuniões, apresentações e comunicação escrita;
  • Bons conhecimentos em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Jundiaí;
  • Residir preferencialmente em Jundiaí ou região.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior nos segmentos Automotivo, Agrícola ou Off-highway (Linha Amarela);
  • Experiência em empresas multinacionais e/ou organizações que atuem com produtos importados;
  • Conhecimento de processos de RFQ e desenvolvimento de novos projetos na indústria;
  • Conhecimento em cadeia de suprimentos, processos de importação e/ou componentes metálicos.
