Estamos procurando um(a) Gerente Financeiro para coordenar as rotinas do departamento.

Responsabilidades

  • Rotina diária (operação): Conciliação bancária via ERP, contas a receber (baixas de boleto, cartão e PIX), análise e aprovação de crédito para lojistas e distribuidores (com bloqueio/liberação de pedidos), contas a pagar operacionais (frete, armazenagem, royalties, prestadores) e projeção diária do caixa
  • Câmbio e importação: Cotação e fechamento de câmbio para pagar fornecedores no exterior, liberação de recursos para desembaraço aduaneiro, acompanhamento do dólar/euro para decidir o momento de fechar, contratação de hedge (NDF, travas) para proteger margens, e ajuste do fluxo de caixa conforme atrasos de embarque. Inclui alinhar com a área de Importação a previsão de câmbio e os adiantamentos de despesas.
  • Semanal: Gestão de liquidez (resgatar ou aplicar sobras), fluxo de caixa projetado de 4 a 8 semanas, monitoramento da inadimplência com definição de política de cobrança, e revisão com o administrador dos casos críticos a serem enviados ao jurídico.
  • Mensal: Fechamento financeiro (contas transitórias, cartões, adiantamentos de viagem), liquidação ou renovação de ACC/ACE, análise dos custos de importação versus orçamento, negociação de tarifas com gerentes de banco, controle de certidões e tributos em atraso, arquivo paralegal (alterações contratuais) e papel de interface entre a empresa e a contabilidade.
  • Outras rotinas periódicas: Pagamento de FINIMP/ACC, auditoria de custos logísticos internacionais (armadores, armazenagem portuária, capatazia), renovação de fianças e seguros-garantia para regimes aduaneiros especiais, envio de extratos e informes à contabilidade, e conciliação das contas de adiantamento a fornecedores estrangeiros e variação cambial.
  • Graduação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou afins; pós ou MBA em Finanças é diferencial
  • Experiência de 5 anos ou mais em tesouraria, contas a pagar/receber e fluxo de caixa
  • Conhecimento de câmbio e operações de hedge
