Com uma forte ênfase em pesquisa, inovação e qualidade, a Advics desenvolve e produz uma ampla gama de produtos, incluindo sistemas de freio antibloqueio (ABS), sistemas de controle de estabilidade veicular (VSC), pastilhas de freio, pinças de freio, entre outros.

A ADVICS está em busca de um(a) profissional para liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Controladoria, Tesouraria, Contabilidade e Fiscal, garantindo qualidade técnica e cumprimento de prazos.

  • Coordenar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual, assegurando aderência às normas contábeis brasileiras e, quando aplicável, às diretrizes da matriz.
  • Elaborar e analisar relatórios gerenciais, orçamento (budget/forecast) e indicadores de performance financeira para a diretoria e para a matriz.
  • Supervisionar as rotinas de tesouraria, incluindo fluxo de caixa, pagamentos, recebimentos e gestão de câmbio.
  • Garantir a correta apuração e recolhimento de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais, acompanhando obrigações acessórias e mudanças na legislação fiscal.
  • Supervisionar processos contábeis relacionados à importação de produtos e à operação da linha de produção local (custos, estoques, ativo imobilizado).
  • Atuar como ponto focal em auditorias internas e externas, preparando documentação e respondendo a apontamentos.
  • Analisar e aprimorar controles internos, mitigando riscos financeiros, contábeis e fiscais.
  • Interagir com a matriz e demais áreas da empresa para reporte de resultados e alinhamento de práticas contábeis e fiscais globais.
  • Apoiar a diretoria em análises de viabilidade, precificação e decisões estratégicas que envolvam impacto financeiro, contábil ou fiscal.
  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis; CRC ativo.
  • Experiência prévia em posição de liderança nas áreas de Controladoria, Tesouraria, Contabilidade e Fiscal.
  • Conhecimento sólido de legislação tributária brasileira (federal, estadual e municipal) e obrigações acessórias.
  • Experiência em gestão de equipes.
  • Inglês fluente (obrigatório, para interlocução com a matriz).
