Indústria multinacional de Manaus está em busca de Supervisores de Produção para supervisionar, planejar e controlar todas as atividades da área de produção, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, padrões de qualidade, custos estabelecidos e segurança do trabalho.

Principais Atividades:

  • Assegurar conformidade com os princípios estabelecidos nas políticas internas da empresa, incluindo o SGI (Sistema de Gestão Integrada), Política de Segurança, Política Administrativa Interna e metodologia 6s no ambiente de trabalho.
  • Supervisionar todo o processo produtivo ou o qual está responsável, assegurando conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos pela empresa.
  • Distribuir e acompanhar as atividades da equipe, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e eficiência operacional.
  • Participar de reuniões gerenciais, apresentando indicadores de qualidade, produtividade, segurança, absenteísmo e redução de custos da área de produção.
  • Monitorar e reduzir custos e despesas do setor produtivo, propondo e implantando melhorias alinhadas ao programa de melhoria contínua.
  • Avaliar criticamente os pontos fortes e de desenvolvimento de cada colaborador, promovendo feedbacks constantes, treinamentos e planos de desenvolvimento individual.
  • Implementar e acompanhar projeto e desenvolver, revisar e aprovar documentos técnicos, procedimentos e estrutura do produto elaborados pela produção.
  • Supervisionar e acompanhar a execução das atividades, identificando oportunidades de otimização e sugerindo inovações em processos.
  • Garantir o cumprimento do programa de produção, qualidade e utilização adequada de equipamentos e mão de obra.
  • Controlar recursos financeiros da área produtiva conforme RAO e diretrizes internas.
  • Administrar resultados, recursos, despesas e performance dos indicadores de desempenho (KPI’s).
  • Gerenciar equipe de produção em processos de recrutamento, seleção, integração, avaliação de desempenho, promoções, férias e desligamentos.
  • Acompanhar e validar Try-outs de novos modelos, assegurando suporte técnico e treinamento adequado para maximização da produtividade.
  • Supervisionar inventários, elaborar relatórios setoriais e gerenciais e apresentar planos de ação.
  • Elaborar e aplicar planos de contingência para situações de risco operacional ou atrasos produtivos.
  • Garantir a qualidade dos produtos por meio do cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e ciclos de controle de qualidade em todas as etapas do processo produtivo.
  • Promover a conscientização da equipe sobre segurança do trabalho, utilização correta de máquinas e equipamentos e manutenção de um ambiente organizacional saudável.
  • Planejar a capacidade produtiva (mão de obra, máquinas, materiais) de acordo com a demanda e previsão de vendas.
  • Identificar desvios de processos por meio da análise de dados, propondo planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica, Industrial, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Desejável conhecimento no idioma Japonês (a partir de N3).
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Normas de Segurança do Trabalho (NR12).
  • SGI – Sistema de Gestão Integrado.
  • Liderança e Gestão de Equipes.
  • Excel Intermediário.
  • PFMEA.
  • Controle Estatístico de Processo (CEP).
  • Experiência em análise de indicadores e uso de sistemas.
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma estratégica em redução de custos, melhoria contínua e desenvolvimento de talentos.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias Kaizen e 5s.
