Responsabilidades

  • Realizar inspeções de segurança periódicas nas áreas fabris, identificando condições inseguras, comportamentos de risco e não-conformidades;
  • Elaborar, acompanhar e revisar Análise de Riscos (APR) ou similares, propondo medidas corretivas e preventivas;
  • Gerenciar o controle de EPIs: seleção, fornecimento, uso, conservação e registros;
  • Aplicar os conceitos de ergonomia ao ambiente de trabalho (estações de trabalho, movimentação manual, postura, repetitividade), propondo adaptações quando necessário;
  • Elaborar e ministrar treinamentos em segurança do trabalho, incluindo normas internas, procedimentos, boas práticas e regulamentações aplicáveis;
  • Monitorar o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras (NRs) pertinentes ao ambiente industrial/fabril, garantindo conformidade legal e controle documental;
  • Realizar investigações de acidentes/incidentes, propondo ações corretivas e sistemas de prevenção para evitar recorrência;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de segurança (acidentes, near misses, uso de EPIs, inspeções), gerar relatórios e sugerir planos de melhoria;
  • Participar dos processos de auditoria e de certificações internas ou externas de segurança ou meio ambiente;
  • Colaborar com áreas de manutenção, produção, RH e engenharia para garantir a integração da segurança no processo fabril;
  • Formação técnica em segurança do trabalho,
  • Experiência anterior em ambientes fabris/industriais,
  • Conhecimentos em ergonomia aplicada ao ambiente de trabalho.
  • Experiencia em controle de EPIs e análise de riscos,
  • Conhecimento de Normas Regulamentadoras,
  • Desejável habilidade em ministrar treinamentos de normas,
  • Conhecimento do sistema SOC.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Osasco
