Sewer and Drain Specialist Responsibilities:

• Deliver enthusiastic, positive, and professional customer service on every call

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both vendors and customers

• Provide personalized options to customers, helping them make the best choices for their homes and families

• Achieve technical excellence in all tasks, upholding our strong warranties and guarantees

• Use specialized camera equipment to accurately diagnose and identify plumbing system issues

• Compile comprehensive parts lists for the Installation Team to ensure efficient project completion

• Guide customers in selecting the best plumbing solutions that meet their unique needs

• Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve any post-sale issues or concerns

• Enjoy working with a talented and energetic team dedicated to providing out-of-this-world service!

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in drain, sewer, and plumbing services (Plumbing License preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving service issues

• Deep knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and applications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and industry professionals

• Experience with CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
