Reliable Chevrolet Springfield seeks a dedicated, experienced Foreman to lead our Chevrolet Service Department in Springfield, MO. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring exceptional service quality, coordinating the team, and maintaining high standards in vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of all automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality control and adherence to Chevrolet service standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate service team members to foster professional development and optimal performance.
  • Manage workflow, assign tasks, and oversee parts inventory to keep service operations running smoothly.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably in a supervisory or foreman role within a dealership service department.
  • Strong knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and service procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
  • A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are a plus.
