Je bouwt praktische AI-oplossingen en slimme workflows die direct draaien op onze commerciële data. Met jouw technische kennis ontwikkel je doeltreffende interne tools waarmee onze accountmanagers sneller, slimmer en met de juiste inzichten aan de slag kunnen.

Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 5.250,- en € 6.100,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
  • 13x salaris: We betalen je loon elke 4 weken, dus je ontvangt 13 keer salaris per jaar.
  • Uren: 36 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Locatie: Hybride werken vanuit onze vestigingen in Amsterdam en Hoofddorp.
  • Vakantie & Pensioen: 25 vakantiedagen en een solide pensioenregeling.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Commerciële kansen en data doorgronden: Je spart direct met de accountmanagers over hun klantportefeuilles en marktontwikkelingen. Je vertaalt commerciële vragen naar heldere datastromen en ontwerpt analyses die verkoopkansen direct inzichtelijk maken.
  • Praktische AI-oplossingen bouwen: Je zet multi-agent systemen, LLM-koppelingen en gerichte prompt engineering in om repetitief zoekwerk weg te nemen. Je toetst prototypes direct in de praktijk, zodat het salesteam sneller en gerichter kan schakelen.
  • Betrouwbaar koppelen en borgen: Je sluit nieuwe data- en AI-toepassingen naadloos aan op onze CRM- en ERP-systemen. Je bewaakt de datakwaliteit, borgt de privacy volgens de AVG-richtlijnen en toetst uitkomsten continu op betrouwbaarheid.

De realiteit van de baan

Onze accountmanagers richten zich volledig op de horeca en hun relaties. Jij zorgt voor slimme ondersteuning waarmee ze direct meer resultaat boeken bij de klant. Een oplossing heeft pas echt waarde als het hen direct ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse werk. Het succes van jouw werk zit daarom in het vertalen van data en AI naar nuchtere toepassingen.

Wie ben jij?

Bij ons telt wie je bent en wat je kunt, niet alleen je diploma's.

  • Denkniveau: Een hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau in een analytische, technische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • AI-ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring met het inzetten van AI-agents, prompt engineering en LLM-toepassingen in een professionele werkomgeving.
  • Datagedreven: Ervaring met data-analyse, SQL, Python en moderne analysetools zoals Looker. .
  • Communicatief: Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands (near native) en legt technische keuzes in heldere, nuchtere taal uit aan collega's zonder IT-achtergrond.
  • Teamspeler: Je draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer en een open, collegiale cultuur waarin samenwerken centraal staat.
