Als Medewerker Service & Support ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en collega's via telefoon, chat, WhatsApp en e-mail. Je pakt vragen en klachten vlot op en lost zo'n 95% van de situaties helemaal zelfstandig op.

Wat levert het jou op?

  • Salaris: € 2.750 tot € 2.965 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur (inschaling op basis van jouw kennis en ervaring).
  • Contract: Contract voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: € 0,23 per km (bij 10 t/m 25 km enkele reis).

Dit ga je doen

Als Medewerker Service & Support ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én leveranciers via telefoon, e-mail, WhatsApp en de livechat:

  • Klanten & leveranciers helpen via alle kanalen (telefonisch, digitaal en soms in het Engels).
  • Bestellingen controleren en verwerken.
  • Problemen oplossen door snel te schakelen met afdelingen zoals Logistiek en Sales.
  • Klanten persoonlijk ontvangen bij ons afhaalpunt.
  • Informatie verwerken in het systeem, zodat iedereen altijd op de hoogte is van eerdere gesprekken.

Dit breng jij mee

  • Werk- en denkniveau: Minimaal MBO 4.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in de klantenservice of een soortgelijke functie.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je bent bij voorkeur 40 uur per week inzetbaar en bereid om 2 keer per maand op zaterdag en per week 1x avonddienst te draaien.
  • Vaardigheden: Een echte multitasker, stressbestendig, communicatief sterk en snel in denken en handelen.
  • Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Pluspunt: Affiniteit met de horeca is een pre!
