Wat ga je doen?

In de horeca is geen dag en geen seizoen hetzelfde. Wisselende trends, overvolle terrassen tijdens piekdagen en bewegende marges vragen om meer dan alleen een standaard verkooppraatje. Als Sales Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter ons commerciële succes in de regio Utrecht en Nieuwegein.

Jij bent een creatieve strateeg én een mentor die gelooft in het verkopen van echte meerwaarde. Samen met jouw team help je horecaondernemers structureel vooruit als gelijkwaardige partner.

In deze rol geef je leiding aan het salesteam (binnen- en buitendienst). Je coacht op salestechnieken, bewaakt de marges en houdt het team scherp op de regionale koers. Je dag bestaat voor 40% uit kantoorwerk en de andere 60% ben je onderweg samen met je team.

Jouw impact in het kort:

  • Leidinggeven & coaching on the job: Je stuurt het volledige sales team, bestaande uit 18 collega’s, aan. Je herkent talent, coacht op salestechnieken en helpt hen deals te sluiten.
  • Strategie vertalen: Je vertaalt de landelijke commerciële strategie naar een concreet regionaal verkoopplan.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt zelf contact met de grotere accounts en sleutelfiguren binnen jouw regio.
  • Analyse & sturing: Je analyseert verkoopprestaties, marktontwikkelingen en marges. Op basis hiervan stuur je bij waar nodig.

Jij past in onderstaande profiel

  • Horecapartner & adviseur: Je ademt horeca, kent de dynamiek van piekdagen en marges, en leert je team conceptueel meedenken in plaats van dozen schuiven.
  • Commercieel leider (hbo, 5+ jaar FMCG): Je stuurt strak op KPI's, signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig en jaagt samen met het team op het overtreffen van de regionale omzetdoelen.
  • Verbindende People Manager & relatiebeheerder: Je smeedt binnen- en buitendienst aaneen tot één geoliede machine en treedt zelf op als senior sparringpartner voor de grootste sleutel accounts.
  • Regionale match: Woonachtig in (regio) Utrecht of Nieuwegein.
