Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider Transport geef je leiding aan de transportafdeling op onze vestiging in Utrecht. Dit doe je niet alleen: samen met het Hoofd Transport, een collega-teamleider en twee coördinatoren stuur je circa 30 chauffeurs aan om onze horecaklanten vlekkeloos te beleveren. Je staat midden in de operatie en werkt actief mee waar nodig: van het bijspringen op de laadvloer tijdens piekmomenten tot het controleren van vertrekkende ritten en het direct schakelen bij knelpunten onderweg.

Je zorgt voor een strakke planning, optimale personeelsbezetting en een efficiënte inzet van ons wagenpark. Afwijkingen los je snel op en je weet moeiteloos prioriteiten te stellen als de ochtend anders loopt dan gepland. Daarnaast zie je toe op tijdig onderhoud van het materieel en bewaak je strikt de voorschriften rondom veiligheid, arbeidstijden en hygiëne.

Daarnaast neem je de personele zorg op je: je voert sollicitatiegesprekken met nieuwe chauffeurs, pakt verzuimbegeleiding daadkrachtig op en coacht teamleden op de werkvloer.

Wie ben jij?

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting.
  • Ervaring met planprogramma’s is een pre.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een dynamische omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het voeren van verzuim-, sollicitatie- en coachingsgesprekken.
  • Organisatorisch en communicatief sterk: je weet mensen te verbinden en duidelijke prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en klantgericht.
  • Oplossingsgericht en weet snel en effectief te schakelen.
