Jouw dag

Je bent samen met een team van 5 coördinatoren het operationeel aanspreekpunt voor een team van 12-15 medewerkers. Je stuurt aan en werkt mee bij de uitvoering van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Het logistieke proces in het magazijn is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je geeft leiding aan het team, die verantwoordelijk is voor zowel de afhandeling van inkomende en uitgaande goederen als de administratie. Efficiënte werkmethoden, bezettingsgraden, productienormen en inzet van je resources vind jij een uitdaging. Daarnaast zorg je voor een optimale bezetting en aansturing binnen de afdeling. Prioriteiten stellen binnen de planning, controleren van werkzaamheden en oplossen van afwijkingen zijn dagelijks aan de orde.

Om alle leveringen elke dag weer strak op tijd klaar te hebben staan voor onze klanten, draait ons magazijn de klok rond. Om deze continue stroom goed te sturen, zoeken we 2 Magazijn Coördinatoren met de onderstaande roosters.

  • Optie 1: Dag & Nacht Week A : Dagdienst van 08:00 tot 16:00 uur Week B: Nachtdienst van 22:00 tot 06:00 uur
  • Optie 2: Avond & Nacht Week A: Avonddienst van 17:00 tot 01:00 uur Week B: Nachtdienst van 22:00 tot 06:00 uur

Dit vragen we van jou:

  • In het bezit van een MBO+ werk en denkniveau
  • Communicatie: Vloeiend Engels is een must; spreek of versta je ook Nederlands? Dat is een grote pré!
  • Competenties: Organisatorisch en communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en altijd klant- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent een aanpakker die moeiteloos snel schakelt tussen verschillende taken.
  • Passie: Een kloppend hart voor logistiek en magazijnprocessen.
  • Werkomgeving: Je vindt het niet erg om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken.
  • Certificaten: Een reachtruck certificaat op zak? Heel fijn, maar geen harde eis.
