The posting

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To provide support in updating and maintaining the quality management system within the Fleet & Asset Finance division, included but not limited to identifying risks by monitoring the contract requirements monitoring service credits on the Telkom and Transnet account; and monitoring and distributing the customer satisfaction reports. Maintain all documented processes on the Intranet

TECHNICAL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Matric • Diploma in Fleet Management/Road Transport Management (Preferred), or • Tertiary qualification in Fleet/Mechanical (Diesel, Petrol, Auto Electrical)

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1 - 3 years Fleet and Quality Management
  • Experience in data maintenanceence

Customer Centricity

  • Ensures customer service excellence
  • Communicate vision and services
  • Identify problem areas and ensure corrective action is taken.
  • Analysis of the month-end reports to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Interprets business/customer requirements to provide timeous solutions.
  • Responsiveness: Speed of responses, reaction time, going the extra mile, turnaround time.

Operational Excellence

  • Plan workload effectively
  • Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff, customers and service providers
  • Exchange information to solve wider problems and assist in making these decisions
  • Understand how the function impacts on other business units and ultimately on business results.
  • Adhere to business policies and procedures.
  • Comply with quality management system and objections.
  • Update and implement new quality management requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard procedures and policies
  • Monitor key risks areas.
  • Assist in manage the service credits on the Telkom account.
  • Review business policies and procedures and recommend changes where necessary.
  • Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff and other departments

Data management

  • Update records, documents and procedures for the division
  • Monitor customer contract matrix for the division.
  • Assist with customer queries.
  • Assist in ensure corrective and preventative action is implemented.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys
  • Monitor service credits for Telkom.
  • Ensure agreed on timelines are met when acting on requests.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • General Admin request
