Ihre Aufgabenstellung als Jobcoach / Fachkraft für Jobcoaching (m/w/d) ist es, unsere Teilnehmenden mit Aktivierungsbedarf durch gezielte individuelle Hilfestellung auf eine dauerhafte berufliche Eingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt vorzubereiten. Durch die Heranführung an den Arbeitsmarkt sowie die Feststellung und Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen soll eine versicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung generiert und stabilisiert werden. Sie unterstützen bei der Akquise von möglichen Arbeitsplätzen und Betrieben und erarbeiten mit den Teilnehmenden geeignete Bewerbungsunterlagen. Sie stehen unseren Teilnehmenden für Fragen rund um den Bewerbungsprozess und der beruflichen Eingliederung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelles Profiling der Teilnehmenden
  • Heranführung der Teilnehmenden an den Arbeitsmarkt und Orientierung im Kontext der aktuellen Arbeitsmarktsituation
  • Stärkung und Ausbau der Schlüsselkompetenzen
  • Förderung der Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen
  • Steigerung der Motivation der Teilnehmenden
  • Aktivierung durch Reflexion und Aufarbeitung bisheriger Bewerbungen sowie intensive Unterstützung im Bewerbungsprozess
  • Akquise von möglichen Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitgebern in Bochum und der Umgebung
  • Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Rahmen des Projektes
  • enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen an dem Produkt beteiligten Akteuren
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Unterrichtseinheiten im Rahmen des Projektes

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und einschlägige Erfahrungen im Jobcoaching
  • Wünschenswert Weiterbildungen im Coaching, der Ausbildereignung o.ä.
  • Begeisterung für die Akquise von Betrieben
  • ausgezeichnete Kompetenzen für das Erstellen von individuellen Bewerbungsunterlagen
  • sehr gute zielgruppenspezifische kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Führerschein Klasse 3/B erforderlich
  • Deutschkenntnisse - Verhandlungssicher
