Wir suchen eine engagierte Lehrkraft (m/w/d) für Deutsch, Mathe und EDV (inkl. Mircosoft Office) in der beruflichen Bildung. Wenn Sie Freude daran haben, Lernende praxisnah zu begleiten, individuell zu fördern und Lernfortschritte transparent zu machen, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Sie bringen idealerweise ein Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium in den Fächern oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit, verfügen über pädagogische Kompetenz und bringen erste Erfahrungen im Bildungssektor mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung des Unterrichts in den Fachbereichen Deutsch, Mathe, EDV sowie Microsoft Office
  • Förderung von Persönlichen Kompetenzen (z. B. Motivation, Leistungsfähigkeit)
  • Kompetenzstärkung und Aktivierung der Teilnehmenden
  • Dokumentation, Führung Klassenbuch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktverantwortlichen Person
  • Orientierung am institutsinternen Qualitätsmanagement
  • Förderung der Sprachkompetenzen sowie Orthografie der Teilnehmenden
  • Durchführung von Querschnittsaufgaben (Nachhaltigkeitskompetenzen, Diversitätskompetenzen, Digitale Kompetenzen, Lebenspraktische Fertigkeiten)

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise ein Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in den genannten Fächern
  • Wünschenswert: Eine pädagogische Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. Ausbildereignungsprüfung) und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Empathie
  • Ausgeprägte Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und gutes Zeit- bzw. Selbstmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Produkten, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datev und Lexware oder die Motivation sich diese kurzfrisitg anzueignen
  • Deutschkenntnisse - Verhandlungssicher
  • Bereitschaft zu einer vereinzelten wöchentlichen Dienstzeit im frühen Abendbereich für den Nachhilfeunterricht in der Assistierten Ausbildung
