$32–$42 Flat Rate | NO WEEKENDS | 5-Day Work Week | $100K+ Earning Potential

Bill Harris CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who wants to stay busy, earn what their skills are worth, and still have a life outside the shop.

We're offering $32–$42 flat rate for the right technician.

And unlike many dealership opportunities, this is a 5-day position with NO WEEKENDS.

If you can diagnose problems, perform quality repairs, and consistently turn hours, we want to talk to you.

WE HAVE THE WORK. YOU TURN THE HOURS.

We're not looking for someone who needs to be taught the basics.

We're looking for an experienced technician who can diagnose, repair, and work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

You'll work on a variety of:

  • Mechanical and electrical diagnosis
  • Brake, steering and suspension repairs
  • Engine performance and drivability
  • HVAC and cooling systems
  • Customer-pay, warranty and internal repairs
  • Vehicle inspections and maintenance
  • Quality-control checks

CDJR EXPERIENCE? GREAT.

Independent shop experience? That's great too.

You don't have to be a lifelong CDJR technician to be successful here.

If you have the skills, work ethic, and ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently, we'll help you learn the rest.

ASE certifications are a plus, but we're more interested in what you can actually do.
