Transform complex scientific concepts—including molecular diagnostics, genetic testing, and laboratory workflows—into compelling visual narratives.
  • Design Systems & Brand Guidelines: Establish and evolve design systems and brand guidelines that scale with our rapid company growth.
  • Creative Production: Direct photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video production with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor design team members and contractors, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback. Build a culture of creative excellence, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Present and defend creative concepts to C-suite executives, board members, and scientific leadership. Manage feedback from subject matter experts while maintaining creative vision and strategic objectives.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completion. Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Production Partnerships & Asset Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and production partners. Maintain organized asset libraries and project documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
