BillionToOne is looking to hire an EMR Integration Specialist to join our EMR Success team that supports our prenatal and oncology sales representatives in ensuring the best possible experience for healthcare providers. You will drive successful implementation of EMR solutions and ensure healthcare providers can easily access UNITY and Northstar functionality within their EMR. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across a dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of highly innovative technology. This position is remote and will report to an EMR Success Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, healthcare providers/systems and/or their IT teams to implement EMR solutions in-person and virtually
  • Act as subject matter expert and primary point-of-contact for our prenatal and oncology sales teams on all of BillionToOne’s EMR solutions
  • Provide customer support, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training on all solutions
  • Lead key activities such as workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training plans, go-live support, etc.
  • Post-implementation, own the live customer relationship and act as the main point of contact for any issues, changes, etc.
  • Identify and champion new EMR solutions, vendor partnerships, and interoperability opportunities for BillionToOne
  • Work closely with sales representatives and technical analysts to continuously evaluate and enhance the customer onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working in EMR systems or patient/provider portals, ideally at a diagnostic company or CLIA lab
  • Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR implementations and how to bridge together all 3
  • Strong ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels
  • Very tech-savvy – previous experience in a technical role is a plus
  • Ability to work cohesively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, and effectively manage expectations
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the US

Nice-to-Haves:

  • End-user experience in more than one common EMR vendor, including Epic, Cerner, athena, eClinicalWorks, etc.
  • Existing IT contacts at health systems/IDNs

At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of (1) competitive base pay, (2) generous equity options offering, (3) corporate bonus program, on top of (4) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave, etc.).

The base salary range for this role is $152,309 - $174,068. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and receives a new hire equity grant of up to $90,000 at grant value, vesting over four years, plus annual equity refresh grants equal in value to the new hire grant. Together, the total four-year value of base, target bonus, and equity is up to approximately $991,000. We also offer competitive medical and dental coverage and a 401(k) with company match.
