Sobre a Posição Estamos buscando um Senior Full-Stack Developer apaixonado por IA aplicada para nos ajudar a construir, otimizar e escalar nossos agentes conversacionais. O profissional ideal terá experiência sólida no desenvolvimento full-stack e profundo conhecimento em frameworks de IA generativa, como Langflow, Botpress e Langchain.

Responsabilidades

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter agentes de IA conversacionais altamente escaláveis e eficientes.
  • Integrar e otimizar o uso de Langflow, Botpress e Langchain para melhorar a performance dos agentes.
  • Construir e manter APIs robustas para integração com múltiplas plataformas (WhatsApp, Webhooks, Web, etc.).
  • Criar e implementar soluções full-stack eficientes, garantindo alta disponibilidade e segurança.
  • Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com times de produto, design e engenharia para evoluir nossos agentes de IA.
  • Monitorar e otimizar a performance dos agentes conversacionais em ambiente de produção.

Requisitos

  • +5 anos de experiência como Full-Stack Developer.
  • Experiência com React, Vite, MUI (Ui Lib) e Tailwind.
  • Experiência avançada com Python, Node.js, TypeScript e frameworks modernos de frontend (React, Vue ou similar).
  • Conhecimento profundo em Langflow, Botpress e Langchain.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs REST e GraphQL.
  • Familiaridade com arquitetura de microsserviços e sistemas distribuídos.
  • Experiência com bancos de dados SQL e NoSQL.
  • Forte entendimento de segurança, escalabilidade e otimização de performance.
  • Conhecimento em cloud computing (GCP) e conteinerização com Docker/Kubernetes.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com modelos de IA generativa e prompt engineering.
  • Background em NLP, embeddings e LLMs.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de DevOps e CI/CD.
  • Participação anterior em startups ou projetos de alto crescimento.
