1、针对某产品方向，通过展会、论坛、文献、专利等方式进行技术调研，根据产品技术实现关键点（难点）、标准，并给出对应策略参考、设计要求。 2、、与市场、试剂研发等相关方对接产品需求输入，需求分解，协助或独立输出整机规格需求，制定产品规格参数与技术路线； 3、负责整机或子系统设计，输出系统详细设计方案，并制定性能指标及验证方案需求分配，与各专业组沟通实现，并协调跨专业组分工合作； 4、参与整机或子系统测试验证，并跟进解决相关疑难问题，在线产品功能优化； 5、了解医疗器械注册相关工作，协助注册部门完成产品的注册； 6、根据公司发展战略和产品路标，规划产品关键技术发展路线。

1、本科及以上学历，物理、材料、电子工程、机械电子、自动化、生物医学工程等相关专业。 2、3年以上工作经验，分子poct研发优先。 3、至少精通IVD仪器系统设计、结构设计、软件设计、硬件设计、液路系统设计中的一项； 4、有解决核心技术问题的成功经验；有独立的实验设计能力，能够搭建较复杂的实验平台，能独立分析定位产品出现的问题。
