Möglichkeiten zur Mitgestaltung

  • Strategischer & operativer Einkauf: Sie steuern die wirtschaftliche und termingerechte Beschaffung von Waren, Materialien sowie Dienstleistungen und stellen damit den reibungslosen Ablauf unseres Betriebs und unserer Projekte zur Energieerzeugung sicher.
  • Ausschreibungs- & Vergabemanagement: Sie gestalten transparente Vergabeverfahren und führen Verhandlungen auf Basis von VOB und BGB zielgerichtet durch, um optimale Konditionen und maximale Versorgungssicherheit zu garantieren.
  • Lieferanten- & Vertragsmanagement: Sie bauen langfristige, partnerschaftliche Lieferantenbeziehungen auf, evaluieren Leistungsträger und entwickeln strategische Beschaffungspartner kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Reklamations-, Claim- & Bürgschaftsmanagement: Sie sichern Qualitäts- und Terminstandards konsequent ab, steuern Nachtragsforderungen vorausschauend und gewährleisten ein rechtssicheres Bürgschaftsmanagement.
  • Kosten- & Prozessoptimierung: Sie analysieren bestehende Beschaffungsprozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette, identifizieren Einsparpotenziale und treiben die nachhaltige Optimierung unseres Warengruppenmanagements voran.
  • ERP- & Stammdatenmanagement: Sie pflegen stammrelevante Daten präzise in ERP-Systemen und nutzen digitale Tools zur transparenten Abbildung aller Einkaufs- und Projektfortschritte.

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Fundierte Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine kaufmännische/technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Einkauf.
  • Branchen- & Rechtsexpertise: Umfassende Kenntnisse im Vertrags-, Bau- und Vergaberecht (z. B. VOB, BGB) sowie fundiertes Know-how in der Beschaffung von Bau-, Dienst- und Montageleistungen.
  • IT- & Systemkompetenz: Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und modernen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision) sowie Affinität zu digitalen Beschaffungstools.
  • Verhandlungs- & Analysestärke: Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis, hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
  • Nachhaltiges Handeln & Teamgeist: Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität,
  • Zusatzqualifikation (von Vorteil): Erste Erfahrung im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien oder im Projektmanagement von Energieanlagen ist ideal.
