O BioCollab é o modelo de inovação da Biolab voltado à construção de ecossistemas de saúde, conectando áreas da empresa, startups, universidades e investidores em torno de desafios estratégicos.

Como Analista de Ecossistemas de Saúde e Inovação, você atuará no mapeamento, avaliação e acompanhamento de oportunidades, desde o primeiro contato com startups e parceiros até a implementação e acompanhamento de pilotos, contribuindo para transformar desafios do negócio em oportunidades de inovação e colaboração.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Farmácia, Biotecnologia, Biomedicina, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em inovação, startups, desenvolvimento de negócios, consultoria, saúde ou novos negócios.
  • Conhecimento em pesquisa, análise e síntese de informações, com capacidade para estruturar e apresentar dados de forma clara e objetiva.
  • Domínio de Excel e PowerPoint, além de familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à pesquisa, análise e produtividade.
  • Inglês intermediário.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência nos segmentos de saúde ou indústria farmacêutica;
  • Experiência com inovação aberta e relacionamento com startups e ecossistemas de inovação;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência em Corporate Venture;
  • Conhecimento de mecanismos e programas de fomento à inovação, como Finep e Embrapii;
  • Espanhol intermediário.

CONFIRA ABAIXO AS PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES DESTA POSIÇÃO:

  • Pesquisar startups, tecnologias e parceiros do ecossistema de saúde, por meio do mapeamento de soluções relacionadas aos desafios das áreas da Biolab, visando a aumentar as oportunidades de inovação e colaboração;
  • Avaliar oportunidades de inovação, aplicando critérios padronizados e preparando materiais de análise, a fim de facilitar a tomada de decisão;
  • Acompanhar pilotos, programas de residência e parcerias, monitorando prazos, entregas, orçamento e resultados, com o objetivo de cumprir os escopos e resultados estabelecidos;
  • Apoiar as áreas de negócio na decomposição e estruturação dos desafios, utilizando o modelo do piano, a fim de facilitar a identificação e a priorização de oportunidades;
  • Organizar a base de oportunidades e os painéis do BioCollab, utilizando ferramentas de inteligência artificial para atualizar e analisar as informações, visando a otimizar o acompanhamento das iniciativas;
  • Aprimorar o relacionamento com startups, universidades, aceleradoras e demais agentes do ecossistema de inovação, por meio de interações institucionais e participação em eventos, para promover parcerias e novas oportunidades para a Biolab.
