DESCRIÇÃO SUMÁRIA

Responsável por coordenar a operação e a evolução das atividades de Informações Médicas, assegurando a qualidade técnico-científica, a consistência, a rastreabilidade e a entrega tempestiva dos conteúdos e respostas produzidos pela equipe. Lidera a gestão de demandas, a padronização de processos e a melhoria contínua dos materiais médico-científicos, atuando de forma integrada com as áreas internas para fornecer informação baseada em evidências e apoiar decisões da companhia.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Graduação completa em Farmácia, Biomedicina, ou áreas correlatas;
  • Inglês técnico-científico avançado;
  • Medicina Baseada em Evidências e análise crítica de literatura;
  • Medical Writing e revisão técnico-científica;
  • Legislação sanitária e compliance;
  • Gestão de Informações Médicas e atendimento a solicitações científicas;
  • Interface com Farmacovigilância e áreas reguladas;
  • Gestão de processos, indicadores, Excel/Office e Power BI desejável;

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Conhecimento em IA generativa aplicada à pesquisa técnico-científica, com validação e checagem de fontes.
  • Pós-graduação em Farmacologia, Epidemiologia, Medicina Baseada em Evidências ou Ciências da Saúde.

CONFIRA ABAIXO AS PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES DESTA POSIÇÃO:

  • Coordenar a rotina e a distribuição das demandas de Informações Médicas, definindo prioridades, prazos e capacidade de atendimento, com acompanhamento da execução e dos resultados da equipe;
  • Orientar, desenvolver e acompanhar os analistas, promovendo alinhamento técnico, autonomia, colaboração, feedback e evolução contínua das competências;
  • Supervisionar e assegurar a qualidade técnico-científica de respostas a profissionais de saúde, pareceres, racionais, dossiês e demais documentos médico-científicos, incluindo CTDs, textos de bula, conforme escopo e complexidade;
  • Revisar criticamente evidências científicas, assegurando consistência das conclusões, adequada interpretação dos dados, referências confiáveis e alinhamento às informações aprovadas e aos requisitos aplicáveis;
  • Estabelecer, revisar e implementar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, fluxos, critérios de revisão e modelos de resposta, garantindo padronização, rastreabilidade e conformidade dos processos de Informações Médicas;
  • Monitorar indicadores de volume, prazo, qualidade, retrabalho e produtividade; analisar desvios, identificar gargalos e implementar planos de ação para melhoria contínua;
  • Atuar como ponto focal de Informações Médicas na interface com Assuntos Regulatórios, Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento, Novos Negócios, Farmacovigilância, SAC e demais áreas parceiras, assegurando alinhamento técnico e encaminhamento adequado das demandas;
  • Identificar lacunas de informação, necessidades de atualização científica e oportunidades de melhoria no portfólio de materiais e respostas, contribuindo com análises técnico-científicas quando pertinente ao escopo da área;
  • Promover capacitação técnica e disseminação de boas práticas para a equipe e áreas parceiras, assegurando comunicação clara, consistente e baseada em evidências.
