Responsável por identificar, desenvolver e manter soluções de dados que garantam a coleta, armazenamento, processamento, organização e disponibilização eficiente das informações para uso corporativo. Atua na criação e otimização de pipelines, integração entre sistemas, controle de qualidade dos dados e suporte a iniciativas analíticas, assegurando desempenho, segurança e escalabilidade das plataformas de dados.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Graduação Completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Dados, Análise de Sistemas e áreas correlatas.
  • Domínio avançado em SQL / T-SQL e PL/SQL.
  • Experiência sólida com Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory e Azure Databricks.
  • Uso avançado de DBT (Data Build Tool) para modelagem e transformação de dados.
  • Desenvolvimento em Python para processos de ETL/ELT.
  • Atuação com Spark / PySpark em ambientes distribuídos.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de ETL como SSIS e SSAS.
  • Implementação e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD para dados.
  • Versionamento de código com Git, seguindo boas práticas de engenharia.
  • Análise e visualização de dados com Excel e Power BI (nível intermediário).

Desejável:

  • Implementação de monitoramento e observabilidade de dados (qualidade, performance e confiabilidade).
  • Condução de migração de plataformas e arquiteturas de dados.
  • Conhecimento em infraestrutura e segurança em nuvem Azure (IAM, Networking, RBAC).
  • Automação de processos com Power Automate e Logic Apps.

  • Seguir metodologias e processos definidos (Ágil, ITIL, DevOps ou outros aplicáveis), mantendo organização e transparência no acompanhamento das atividades;
  • Aplicar e promover práticas de versionamento, testes, monitoramento e governança de dados, assegurando estabilidade e qualidade das entregas;
  • Conduzir projetos e iniciativas de dados de alta complexidade com autonomia, assegurando qualidade, performance, segurança e conformidade com as diretrizes de governança de dados;
  • Realizar otimizações avançadas em pipelines, processamento distribuído e estruturas de dados, garantindo escalabilidade, eficiência operacional e alta disponibilidade das soluções;
  • Apoiar decisões estratégicas relacionadas à plataforma, tecnologias, roadmap e à evolução da arquitetura de dados, incluindo a avaliação e a recomendação de novas soluções, garantindo alinhamento técnico e sustentabilidade para o ecossistema de dados.
