Nesta oportunidade, você será responsável por supervisionar e desenvolver equipes e as atividades relativas à Produção, assegurando o cumprimento da programação, metas, prazos e custos, utilizando da melhor maneira os recursos produtivos, resultando em operações seguras, eficientes e que atendam aos padrões de qualidade exigidos através das melhores práticas de fabricação.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Graduação completa em Farmácia, Química, Engenharia ou Gestão Industrial;
  • Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação;
  • Vivência com Gestão de Pessoas e Máquinas de Embalagem;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office;
  • Visão Estratégica.

CONFIRA ABAIXO AS PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES DESTA POSIÇÃO:

  • Garantir o cumprimento das Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF), procedimentos operacionais, normas internas e de segurança, assegurando a qualidade, padronização e conformidade dos processos produtivos.
  • Gerenciar a rotina da produção, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho, programação de produção e alocação de recursos, promovendo ações para aumento da eficiência, redução de perdas e otimização dos processos.
  • Assegurar o funcionamento, organização e disponibilidade dos equipamentos produtivos, apoiando atividades de manutenção, implantação de novos equipamentos e projetos de melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar na gestão da qualidade, apoiando investigações de desvios, reclamações de mercado, controles de mudanças, auditorias internas e externas e garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos regulatórios.
  • Coordenar treinamentos, elaboração e revisão de procedimentos operacionais, além de assegurar o correto registro das informações produtivas nos sistemas e ferramentas de gestão.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Planejamento, Engenharia, Manutenção, Qualidade e demais áreas de suporte para solucionar problemas técnicos, implementar melhorias e apoiar novos projetos.
  • Realizar a gestão de pessoas, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, desenvolvimento, avaliação de desempenho, feedback, controle de ponto e promoção de um ambiente de trabalho seguro, colaborativo e orientado para resultados.
