Bạn sẽ đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc kiểm soát các thông số trong quá trình sản xuất theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của BioMar tại Việt Nam nhằm nâng cao chất lượng để đạt được các mục tiêu sản xuất với chất lượng cao và tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm quốc tế.

Đảm bảo thông số trong quá trình sản xuất theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của BioMar tại Việt Nam

Làm việc chủ yếu tại nhà máy An Giang, các nhiệm vụ chính của bạn sẽ là:

  • Lấy mẫu lưu theo tần suất đầu ca, giữa ca, cuối ca.
  • Kiểm tra chất lượng thành phẩm và bán thành phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất.
  • Kiểm soát ghi nhãn, bao bì, quy cách đóng gói của các sản phẩm.
  • Lập biên bản, cô lập, dán nhãn nhận biết và đề xuất hướng xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp.

Chúng tôi mong đợi rằng bạn có bằng cấp chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, Thủy sản hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.

Ngoài ra, công việc này yêu cầu bạn có:

  • Kiến thức về kỹ thuật lấy mẫu.
  • Kiến thức về các phương pháp được sử dụng để kiểm tra và đánh giá thành phẩm.
  • Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
