Tại vị trí này, bạn sẽ đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc củng cố vị thế thị trường của BioMar tại khu vực Bến Tre - Trà Vinh, đặc biệt trong phân khúc thức ăn tôm thương mại.

Nâng cao vị thế thị trường của BioMar

Trách nhiệm của bạn bao gồm quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động kinh doanh trong khu vực được phân công. Đảm bảo chỉ tiêu doanh số, lợi nhuận và tăng trưởng thị phần. Phát triển mối quan hệ với khách hàng, đại lý và trại nuôi. Đồng thời xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ bán hàng và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong khu vực.

Làm việc chủ yếu ở các tỉnh Bến Tre - Trà Vinh, nhiệm vụ chính của bạn bao gồm:

  • Xây dựng và phân bổ chỉ tiêu doanh số, giám sát và hỗ trợ đội ngũ đạt mục tiêu.
  • Mở rộng và duy trì mạng lưới khách hàng, đại lý trong khu vực.
  • Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Sales và Technical.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ, giải pháp tối ưu cho khách hàng.

Tăng cường tăng trưởng kinh doanh thông qua phương pháp tiếp cận mang tính chiến lược và tập trung vào thương mại.

Chúng tôi mong đợi bạn có 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thức ăn tôm, đặc biệt tại các tỉnh Đồng bằng Sông Cửu Long.

Bên cạnh đó, công việc này đòi hỏi bạn phải:

  • Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Nuôi trồng Thủy sản, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Hiểu biết tốt về thị trường thức ăn tôm, dinh dưỡng và vận hành trang trại nuôi tôm.
  • Có mối quan hệ tốt với hệ thống đại lý phân phối.
  • Kỹ năng đàm pháni.
  • Tinh thần trách nhiệm
