Principais atividades:

Realizar atividades operacionais e de controle, relacionadas à gestão de recebíveis da empresa. Atuar no acompanhamento de recebimentos, cobrança de inadimplentes, emissão de boletos e conciliação de contas, garantindo a regularidade dos fluxos de entrada de recursos financeiros. Realizar análise de crédito, cadastro de clientes, elaboração de contratos. Gerenciar a carteira de contas a receber, realizando cobranças ativas de inadimplentes e propondo renegociações quando necessário. Realizar a conciliação bancária das receitas e baixas de pagamentos no sistema ERP. Manter o cadastro de clientes atualizado e documentado, com histórico de crédito e condições acordadas. Criar e gerenciar indicadores.

Principais requisitos de adequação: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas. Ferramentas de análise de crédito e cadastro; Conhecer ferramentas de órgãos de proteção ao crédito; Pacote Office (Excel intermediário) e Ferramentas da Google; Capacidade de organização e foco; Capacidade de analisar dados financeiros, identificar tendências e propor soluções; Capacidade de identificar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos de recebimento; Geração e acompanhamento de relatórios financeiros; Controle de remessas e retornos bancários (CNAB).

Conhecimento ativo: Noções de DRE e fluxo de caixa

Horário de trabalho:

Segunda a Sexta das 08:00 ás 17:00, e sábado das 8h as 12h. (sábado com revezamento)
