Suas principais atribuições serão:

l Levantar as necessidades com equipe de gestão das áreas técnicas.

l Fazer levantamento físico e cadastral do imóvel existente (medição, as built, instalações atuais).

l Desenvolver estudo preliminar, anteprojeto e projeto executivo de arquitetura de laboratórios para ampliação.

l Definir layout e fluxos de pessoas, materiais, entre outros.

l Projetar ampliações conforme normas técnicas.

l Especificar acabamentos sanitários: pisos, paredes e forros lisos, laváveis e resistentes a saneantes; cantos arredondados; luminárias e esquadrias vedadas.

l Elaborar ou compatibilizar os projetos complementares: elétrico, hidráulico, ar-condicionado e exaustão, gases e, quando houver área limpa, sistema HVAC com filtragem e diferencial de pressão.

l Preparar o Projeto Arquitetônico e a documentação para análise e aprovação.

l Elaborar memorial descritivo, lista de materiais, quantitativos e orçamento estimado.

l Planejar as etapas da obra para manter o laboratório atual em funcionamento durante a ampliação.

l Acompanhar a execução, esclarecer dúvidas da obra e atualizar o projeto as built ao final.

l Apoiar a qualificação de instalações (QI) junto à Garantia da Qualidade, quando aplicável.

Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo ou Engenharia Civil. Experiência em reformas com a operação em andamento.

l Leitura e interpretação de plantas e projetos técnicos (arquitetura, elétrica, hidráulica, mecânica).

l Domínio de AutoCAD para consulta e medições.

l Conhecimento com instalações prediais (elétrica, hidráulica, sistemas de ar HVAC).

l Entendimento de orçamentos e quantitativos de obra.

l Conhecimento em normas técnicas aplicáveis a obras e reformas (NRs, ABNT).

Noções sobre controle de qualidade e documentação técnica.

Horário de trabalho: De segunda a Sexta, das 08h - 17:48
