Nessa vaga você terá a oportunidade de desenvolver suas habilidades de comunicação, trabalho em equipe, agilidade e organização.

Principais atividades:

*Apoio operacional, acompanhamento de projetos, com foco especial nas obras e em melhorias de processos internos. *Atuará ativamente no acompanhamento das atividades envolvendo a execução dos projetos, controle de orçamentos, organização de materiais e na documentação de procedimentos, garantindo a eficiência e a conformidade dos projetos.

Principais Requisitos:

*Familiaridade com leitura de projetos e medições simples. *Leitura e interpretação de plantas e projetos técnicos (arquitetura, elétrica, hidráulica, mecânica). *Uso de AutoCAD para consulta e medições. *Excel (lançamento de dados, fórmulas simples e controle de planilhas). *Noções de segurança em atividades de campo.

*Cursando ou completo: Tecnico em edificações / Tecnico em Gestão de projetos.

Será considerado diferencial:

*Noções de instalações prediais (elétrica, hidráulica, sistemas de ar HVAC). *Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, Trello, Planner). *Entendimento básico de orçamentos e quantitativos de obra. *Conhecimento em normas técnicas aplicáveis a obras e reformas (NRs, ABNT). *Noções sobre controle de qualidade e documentação técnica.

*Vivência em obras, manutenção predial ou apoio técnico (pode ser estágio ou função de campo). *Experiência básica em acompanhamento de serviços, medições simples e controle de materiais. *Participação em atividades de apoio a equipes de engenharia, manutenção ou facilities. *Desejável experiência com organização de documentos, planilhas e registros técnicos.

Horário de trabalho: De segunda a Sexta, de 08h as 17h48 Local de Trabalho: SC 401
