Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar e acompanhar as rotinas de Segurança do Trabalho, assegurando o cumprimento da legislação, das NRs e dos procedimentos internos.
  • Elaborar, atualizar e acompanhar documentos e programas legais de SSO, como PGR, LTCAT e controles relacionados ao PCMSO.
  • Realizar inspeções de segurança, análises preliminares de risco (APR), avaliações de condições de trabalho e acompanhamento das medidas de controle.
  • Apoiar a investigação de acidentes e incidentes, a emissão de CATs e a elaboração e o monitoramento de planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.
  • Planejar e realizar integrações, treinamentos, diálogos de segurança (DSS), campanhas e ações de conscientização.
  • Apoiar as atividades da CIPA, SIPAT, Brigada de Emergência, Plano de Atendimento a Emergências (PAE) e simulados.
  • Gerenciar os controles de EPIs e uniformes, incluindo especificação, solicitações, distribuição, estoque, rastreabilidade e acompanhamento de contratos e fornecedores.
  • Acompanhar a documentação e os requisitos de segurança aplicáveis às empresas terceirizadas, incluindo integrações e conformidade contratual.
  • Acompanhar os processos de saúde ocupacional junto à clínica responsável, monitorando prazos, exames e documentação relacionados ao PCMSO.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores, relatórios e apresentações gerenciais de SSO, apoiando auditorias, análises de não conformidades e revisões de procedimentos.
  • Acompanhar fornecedores e contratos relacionados à área, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Apoiar as demandas corporativas de Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente, incluindo treinamentos remotos, atividades em diferentes setores e viagens técnicas, quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído, com registro profissional válido.
  • Experiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais, farmacêuticos, químicos, logísticos ou operações de médio e grande porte.
  • Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras e da legislação aplicável à Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Vivência com programas legais, inspeções, análise de riscos, APR/ART e investigação de acidentes.
  • Experiência na realização de treinamentos, integrações, DSS e apoio à CIPA, SIPAT, Brigada de Emergência e PAE.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de EPIs, uniformes, terceiros e documentação de Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Experiência na elaboração de indicadores, relatórios e apresentações gerenciais.
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • CNH categoria B válida e disponibilidade para possíveis viagens técnicas.
