The posting

Empresa de grande porte do segmento de transporte e logística busca um Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho II para:

• Realizar inspeções diárias nos ambientes, instalações e equipamentos, verificando o uso adequado de EPIs e orientando colaboradores quanto às normas de segurança; • Supervisionar atividades relacionadas à liberação de PTE e PET, inspeções de segurança, DDS, treinamentos, reuniões de CIPA e simulados de emergência; • Acompanhar a gestão documental de Segurança do Trabalho (APR, procedimentos, normas internas e sistemas como SOC, Salesforce e Datasul); • Gerenciar o controle de EPIs, incluindo estoque, solicitação de compra e monitoramento de entrega conforme função; • Realizar treinamentos específicos para atividades críticas e apoiar a liderança com identificação de gaps e propostas de melhoria; • Atuar em interface com áreas como RH, operação (usina), frotas e agrícola; • Identificar condições de risco por meio de inspeções contínuas, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas; e • Fiscalizar o uso adequado de EPIs conforme função e ambiente, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente.

• Formação Técnica em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo; • Experiência prévia na área, com atuação em campo; • Conhecimento em rotinas de inspeção, liberação de atividades críticas (PTE/PET) e gestão de documentos de SST; • Vivência com controle e gestão de EPIs; • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão (SOC, Salesforce, Datasul ou similares); • Domínio do Pacote Office; • Disponibilidade para atuar no 2º turno (14h30 às 22h30) é requisito.

• Experiência em ambientes industriais, usinas ou operações logísticas; • Vivência com integração entre áreas operacionais (frotas, agrícola, produção); • Conhecimento em programas de prevenção e cultura de segurança; e • Participação em auditorias e simulados de emergência.
