The posting

BIOSerenity recrute un(e) Opérateur Logistique et Production à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (notamment Excel) pour renforcer les opérations de notre site de fabrication de dispositifs médicaux à Troyes. Vous interviendrez à la fois sur le processus logistique lié aux patients et sur la chaîne de production.

Vos missions

1/ Logistique (majoritaire aujourd'hui, environ 70% du temps — vocation à devenir l'activité principale du poste)

Réception, contrôle, désinfection des dispositifs médicaux (protocole standard) et téléchargement des données dans les outils internes.

Préparation, packaging et expédition de kits neurologiques et cardiologiques ; suivi des livraisons et des retours.

Contribution aux expéditions d'un autre flux logistique selon la charge.

2/ Production (environ 30% du temps aujourd'hui, avec vocation à diminuer progressivement)

Assemblage de boîtiers électroniques et réalisation des opérations de programmation selon les modes opératoires.

Sérigraphie (Fabrication de nos casques neurologiques).

Packaging des produits.

Votre profil

  • Informatique : bonne maîtrise d'Excel et aisance générale sur PC.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l'organisation, respect des procédures.
  • Capacité à alterner tâches logistiques et tâches de production selon la charge.
  • Aucun diplôme requis : poste ouvert aux débutants. Une première expérience en logistique/production (idéalement dans un environnement technique ou médical) est un plus.
  • Compétences appréciées : gestes de manutention occasionnels (gerbeur manuel/électrique), lecture de documents techniques simples (procédure d'assemblage, OF).
