KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ZA PHARMA KANAL

Biovega grupa, hrvatski lider u proizvodnji i prodaji organske hrane, traži Key Account Managera za farmaceutski kanal. Ako imate iskustva u radu s ljekarnama, veledrogerijama i drogerijama, uživate u razvoju prodaje i odnosa s kupcima te želite raditi u organizaciji posvećenoj zdravijoj zajednici i očuvanju prirode, voljeli bismo vas upoznati.

ŠTO ĆETE RADITI:

  • Razvijati distribucijsku mrežu i otvarati nove kupce kako biste osigurali dostupnost proizvoda iz kategorije dodataka prehrani i kozmetike u veledrogerijama, ljekarnama i drogerijama.
  • Ostvarivati godišnji plan i prodajne ciljeve te izrađivati planove prodaje po kanalima i kupcima.
  • Dogovarati aktivnosti s kupcima, pratiti njihovu provedbu i izvještavati o rezultatima.
  • Obilaziti prodajna mjesta radi kontrole dogovorenih pozicija i unaprjeđenja prodajnih aktivnosti.
  • Prezentirati proizvode, educirati kupce i dogovarati ulistanja novih proizvoda kod postojećih kupaca.
  • Planirati marketinške aktivnosti i izvještavati o njihovoj provedbi.
  • Planirati potrebne količine proizvoda u suradnji s kupcima i timom za upravljanje kategorijama te izrađivati prodajne izvještaje.

ŠTO TRAŽIMO:

  • VSS, odnosno zvanje mag. oec. ili mag. pharm., te najmanje 5 godina iskustva u farmaceutskom kanalu — u radu s ljekarnama, veledrogerijama i drogerijama u OTC segmentu.
  • Izvrsne komunikacijske, prezentacijske i pregovaračke vještine.
  • Proaktivnost, samostalnost, organiziranost i spremnost na preuzimanje odgovornosti.
  • Prilagodljivost, sposobnost rješavanja problema i predlaganja novih ideja.
  • Napredno korištenje MS Office paketa.
