Biovega grupa, hrvatski lider u području organske hrane, traži Category Managera za razvoj i upravljanje odabranim kategorijama proizvoda. Ako volite rad s proizvodima i dobavljačima, pratite tržišne trendove i želite pridonijeti zdravijem i održivijem načinu života, voljeli bismo vas upoznati.

ŠTO ĆETE RADITI:

  • Razvijati strategiju kategorije i asortiman u skladu s poslovnim ciljevima i vrijednostima Biovega grupe.
  • Pratiti tržište i potrebe kupaca te birati i evaluirati proizvode prema kvaliteti, sastojcima, certifikatima i cijeni.
  • Razvijati privatnu robnu marku: od novih proizvoda i asortimana do suradnje s dobavljačima i praćenja rezultata.
  • Graditi odnose s dobavljačima i pregovarati o komercijalnim uvjetima.
  • Upravljati cijenama, promocijama, zalihama i dostupnošću proizvoda, uz brigu o obrtaju i svježini, smanjenje otpisa te povećanje prodaje i profitabilnosti.
  • Analizirati rezultate kategorije i donositi odluke na temelju podataka, uz brigu o standardima kvalitete i organskim standardima.
  • Surađivati s marketingom, prodajom i drugim timovima na kampanjama i projektima te voditi pripadajuće administrativne aktivnosti.

ŠTO TRAŽIMO:

  • VSS, poželjno ekonomskog, marketinškog ili srodnog usmjerenja, te iskustvo u category managementu, nabavi ili upravljanju asortimanom.Izražene pregovaračke i komunikacijske vještine te sposobnost razvoja odnosa s dobavljačima.
  • Analitičnost, odlično poznavanje Excela i aktivno znanje engleskog jezika.
  • Organiziranost, samostalnost, timski rad i spremnost na učenje. Dodatna su prednost iskustvo ili interes za organske, održive i prirodne proizvode, iskustvo s privatnim robnim markama te iskustvo u projektnom menadžmentu.
