A Biovisão é um centro de oftalmologia que alinha qualidade no atendimento e competência profissional. Inicialmente conhecida como Clínica Oftalmológica Dr. Renato Laender, a Biovisão – Centro Especializado em Microcirurgia Ocular – surgiu em 1989, por meio da excelência de um trabalho realizado há mais de 30 anos.

Atividades do cargo:

  • Oferece suporte aos periféricos e softwares (Office, Windows, Tasy, Internet Explorer, Pacs) verificando o funcionamento, atendimento completo, para garantir o funcionamento destes.
  • Programa a rotina de backup dos servidores e estações, criando políticas de backup e restore, para garantir a segurança das informações da Clínica.
  • Realiza detalhamento das características técnicas dos serviços de informática, verificando se os produtos atendem as necessidades internas e técnicas e que possuem o melhor custo benefício, para atender as normas técnicas dos aparelhos com menor despesa.
  • Treina e dá suporte em novas tecnologias relacionadas a hardware e software, buscando informações, preparando o material necessário, agendando dia e horário, para que a gestão do conhecimento funcione de forma eficaz na clínica.
  • Realiza o mapeamento de hardware dos setores, detectando possíveis pontos de falhas e otimização destes. (manutenção preventiva.)
  • Realiza o gerenciamento de usuários e máquinas em rede, utilizando o Windows Server e firewall para que os usuários tenham acesso aos recursos de rede (impressoras compartilhadas, internet e arquivo).
  • Atende aos chamados dos diversos setores da Biovisão, checando a ferramenta de OS do Sistema Tasy, resolver problemas relacionados com equipamentos ou sistemas de informática.
