Realizar inspeções visuais e dimensionais dos produtos fabricados para garantir sua conformidade com as especificações de qualidade. 5. Acompanhar e realizar a limpeza e organização periódica de máquinas, equipamentos e local de trabalho. 6. Executar atividades correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da função e de acordo com as condições individuais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

1. Prestar suporte a área de TI contribuindo com elaboração de relatórios e manuais. 2. Organizar e controlar os materiais necessários para a execução das tarefas bem como, manuais, arquivos executáveis, pasta com ferramentas etc. 3. Lidar com priorização e filtro de chamados do Suporte. 4. Realizar a instalação e retirada de computadores e periféricos para usuários. 5. Abrir requisição de tonner junto ao fornecedor. 6. Apoiar na prestação de suporte técnico aos usuários de TI, atuando na solução de problemas em geral relacionados ao uso de TI na empresa como computadores, celulares, impressoras, redes, sistemas e aplicativos. 7. Apoiar na execução do suporte técnico necessário para garantir o bom funcionamento dos equipamentos, como substituição, configuração e instalação de módulos, partes e componentes. 8. Interpretar as mensagens exibidas na tela do computador ou outros dispositivos, adotando as medidas de correções necessárias – mediante chamado aberto via CCI (Central de Chamados Internos). 9. Cadastrar, acompanhar, controlar e executar todos os chamados no CCI (Central de Chamados Internos), somente os de grau de dificuldade nível 1, são eles: Atendimento da Central de Chamados Internos (CCI), triagem e tratamento inicial dos chamados, suporte às dúvidas dos usuários, suporte para resolução de incidentes para os usuários, suporte para atendimento e repasse das requisições para terceiros e/ou outros níveis de atendimento, registro e acompanhamento das solicitações de serviço de terceiros, execução de instruções de trabalho existentes, execução de rotinas e atividades periódicas escritas.
