Haluatko viedä tekoälyn mahdollisuudet osaksi liiketoiminnan arkea? Etsimme Koiviston Autolle AI- ja digitalisaatiojohtajaa, joka yhdistää liiketoiminnan tarpeet, teknologian ja ihmiset konkreettisiksi uudistuksiksi Suomen suurimmassa linja-autoyhtiössä.

Johda uudistuksia strategiasta toteutukseen

Rakennat liiketoimintalähtöisen AI- ja digitalisaatiostrategian sekä priorisoidun tiekartan ja viet kehitystoimet käytäntöön yhdessä liiketoiminnan, IT-tiimin ja kumppanien kanssa. Johdat IT-tiimiä, uudistat IT-johtamismallia ja tuet suurten järjestelmähankkeiden onnistumista. Raportoit kehitysjohtajalle ja kuulut laajennettuun johtoryhmään.

  • Tunnistat vaikuttavimmat AI:n ja automaation käyttökohteet, tehostat prosesseja ja vähennät manuaalista työtä.
  • Ohjaat teknologia- ja data-arkkitehtuuria, tiedon hallintamallia ja hankesalkkua sekä kehität ja haastat kumppaniverkostoa.
  • Vahvistat organisaation AI-osaamista, saat ihmiset mukaan muutokseen ja perustelet ratkaisut johdolle liiketoimintahyötyjen ja toteutettavuuden kautta.

Odotamme sinulta

  • Näyttöjä liiketoimintalähtöisestä IT:n ja digitalisaation kehittämisestä sekä muutosten viemisestä operatiivisiin prosesseihin.
  • Kykyä rakentaa AI-tiekartta itsenäisesti sekä käytännön osaamista AI-prosesseista ja agenttiarkkitehtuureista. Osaat arvioida ratkaisujen sopivuutta järjestelmiin ja dataan.
  • Esihenkilökokemusta, esimerkiksi noin viiden vuoden ajalta, sekä systemaattista, yhteistyökykyistä ja käytännönläheistä johtamisotetta.
  • Vahvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa.

Arvostamme taustaa palveluteollisuudessa tai muussa työvoima- tai kalustovaltaisessa toimintaympäristössä sekä kokemusta datan hyödyntämisestä ja laajoista järjestelmähankkeista. Kuljetus- tai logistiikka-alan kokemus on etu. Tehtävä ei edellytä ohjelmistokehittäjän taustaa.
